Rabbit food down in the rabbit hole

Since I made a New Year resolution several years ago to never make another New Year resolution, I haven’t actually made a New Year resolution.  It’s the only one that stuck as far as I can remember.  But as I age, even that resolution does not absolve me from a January obsession with nutrition and health.  I read articles, listen incessantly to podcasts, and generally get sucked down a diet and health rabbit hole.

So now I’m 24 days into a Whole30 program, trying to see if something I eat raises my blood pressure and/or just makes me feel less than stellar.  Which means I’m eating a whole lot of “rabbit food” down here in this rabbit hole.
