You don't have to die for strawberry muffins

3/4 Cup all purpose flour

1/2 Cup whole wheat flour

1/4 Cup multi-grain flour

1/2-3/4 Cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp baking powder

1/3 Cup canola oil

1 double egg yolk or 2 med eggs

1/3 Cup cream

1 Cup berries, hulled and sliced

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Mix dry ingredients.  Add the oil and egg to 1 cup measuring cup and top off with cream to equal 1 cup, add to dry ingredients.  Fold in berries, pour into muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes.
