Kaitlyn oversees the watering schedule and irrigation system across all our fields—an enormous responsibility that keeps our crops flourishing. Her upbeat spirit keeps the team energized, though her fearless nature (and tendency to eat random things) keeps us on our toes! A key player in the farm’s success, Kaitlyn ensures every plant gets the hydration it needs to thrive.

Few people get as excited about spending all day on a tractor, even in the rain, as Demir does. His passion for farm equipment and fieldwork keeps our operations running smoothly, no matter the conditions. With his boundless enthusiasm, Demir reminds us daily that we work in paradise!

Greenhouse Construction Manager
Paul is one half of our greenhouse construction team, helping us expand and improve our growing spaces—because we’re building a lot of them! With extensive farming experience (including running his own farm), he brings exceptional growing skills and a wealth of knowledge to the team. Always wearing a smile—even when covered in dirt—Paul’s passion for farming is contagious!
Clayton
Greenhouse Construction Manager
As the other half of our greenhouse construction crew, Clayton plays a key role in keeping the farm growing strong. An avid gardener, cook, and mechanic, he’s our go-to problem solver, always figuring out how to fix what’s broken. Having had his sights set on Tumbling Shoals Farm for a while, we’re thrilled to finally have him on board!
