WHAT YOU’LL DO
Tumbling Shoals Farm is a diverse, fast-paced farm, which means no two days are the same. Your main role will be harvesting, along with:
- Washing, grading, weighing, and packing produce for five weekly farmers’ markets and our 750-member CSA
- Participating in farm tasks like planting, transplanting, mulching, thinning, pruning, trellising, and cultivation
- Selling the produce you grow—a rewarding part of the job at one of our farmers’ markets!
- Gaining experience in all aspects of the farm, from fieldwork to market operations
